About
ARKD London is an award-winning team of Architect Engineers, Designers, Property Managers, Craftsmen, Builders and Contractors. Founded by Andreas Batsilas (BArch, MArch, ARB, MiM, CMI) and Krystallia Klonara (BArch, MArch, MDes) in 2023 we are revolutionising the residential sector in the UK and abroad.
Our goal is to create unique and functional spaces that perfectly suit our client's needs and preferences. We offer bespoke design and construction services and usually handle all aspects of a project, from design, planning and building regulations to overseeing the construction and guaranteeing the work.
What sets us apart from our competition is our focus on the client and the mentality of treating every space we create like it was our own. We know that construction projects can be stressful. Still, we also know that good communication, a clearly defined scope of work and well-articulated schedules can make the process much easier.
