Chelsea Flat Refurbishment

In a very short time, we managed to refurbish this newly bought Central London apartment, so our client could move into a space that feels fresh and new! 

We removed the old and damaged flooring, added insulation, and installed a specialist soundproof subfloor and hardwood throughout. Our team of experienced decorators sanded, primed and painted all the surfaces -ceilings, walls, doors, windows and the staircase-. 

Additionally, we installed a new fuse board that complies with current regulations and updated the electrical and plumping of the property. 

Even though the communicated time to the client was 1.5 months we managed to deliver 20 days early, so they could enjoy the holidays in their new apartment!
